He's very much in the Glenn McGrath mould. He bowls at about 80mph, with a good line and length and is a very consistent, steady performer.
But it remains to be seen whether he's going to have the level of penetration on flat wickets that McGrath has enjoyed.
The pitches he had in South Africa - where he had plenty of success last winter - were fairly helpful, perhaps more so than he will get in Australia.
