Flintoff has had a difficult time as England captain in Australia

Andrew Flintoff wants to continue as England captain in the Twenty20 game and one-dayers which follow the Ashes.
Flintoff was in charge as England slumped to a 5-0 whitewash in the Tests and with Michael Vaughan back in action the captain's role is up for grabs.
Asked whether he wanted to continue, Flintoff admitted: "If I was asked to continue as captain then of course.
"I'll sit down with [chairman of selectors] David Graveney over the next day or so and see where we are."
England were comprehensively outplayed by Australia during the Test series and Flintoff said he was looking forward to a short break from playing.
"It's been intense stuff for six weeks and I'm going to have a day off and not worry about bowling plans and fielding positions or scoring runs - I'm going to relax," he said.
Vaughan is the most likely candidate to be named as captain for the one-dayers, provided his knee is strong enough to cope with the demands of a gruelling one-day series.
Flintoff has also been hampered by injury but he insisted his ankle trouble should not restrict his availability for the remainder of the tour.
"It's no secret I've had a jab in my ankle and had it scanned," said Flintoff.
"I felt great bowling in this last Test match and I want to play in all the one-day games, the Twenty20, everything - I've no worries about that.
"Probably once we get home or there's a gap where we can take stock I will sit down with the medical staff and maybe devise something a bit more long term."
