Dropped by the Australian selectors following the Ashes defeat last year, Martyn nevertheless has a very good record against England on the whole.
He might feel under pressure again because of his problems against England last time and he will be someone they are looking to undermine again.
His patience can wander a bit and he has a bit of a weakness outside off stump. But when in form he is a wonderful player to watch.
