Worcs hero Flavell dies
Worcestershire bowling legend Jack Flavell, who helped to steer the county to the Championship title in 1965, has died at the age of 74.

Flavell played 401 first-class matches between 1949 and 1967, taking 1,529 wickets at an average of 21.48.

The fast bowler formed a successful partnership with Len Coldwell after cutting his pace in favour of accuracy.

Flavell played four Tests for England, all against Australia in 1961 and 1964, taking seven wickets.
