Salisbury took 59 Championship wickets in 2006

Ian Salisbury has agreed to stay with Surrey for at least one more year after he was the leading wicket-taker in their Championship promotion campaign.
And the club are also expected to agree a deal with spinner Chris Schofield.
Salisbury, 36, has already been granted a benefit for what will be his 10th season since moving from Sussex.
"I look forward to him playing an equally important role for us next year in attempting to win the Championship," said coach Alan Butcher.
Salisbury took 59 wickets at an average of 28.16 and said: "It was nice to be back in the wickets again after spending much of 2004 and 2005 on the sideline through injury."
Schofield, another former England slow bowler, joined the club for the last month of the season after a spell in minor counties cricket.
He took eight wickets in two first-class games and hit a useful 95 against Gloucestershire.
