Butcher believes new faces will put the spark back into Surrey

Surrey plan to step up their search for new players after the appointment of Mark Butcher as captain.
A new spinner and fast bowler to replace Saqlain Mushtaq and Alex Tudor are top of their shopping list.
"The most important job at the moment is to get the balance right in the squad and there are some names knocking about," said Butcher.
Saqlain's Surrey career could be over because of a problems with his knees, while Tudor has been released.
Butcher added: "We need to find a replacement for Saqlain. If you have a quality attacking spin bowler he is absolutely invaluable and we have won championships on the back of having a top spin attack."
Surrey's interest in New Zealand skipper Stephen Fleming appears to have cooled with Butcher installed as Jon Batty's successor.
Fleming has also been linked with Somerset.
Butcher, meanwhile, paid tribute to Batty's efforts during his one season in charge.
Surrey failed to win a trophy this summer, but reached the Twenty20 Cup final and finished third in Championship Division One.
The Totesport League was a different story and they were relegated after finishing bottom with only four wins from 16 matches.
"He [Batty] took over the role in particularly difficult circumstances and it was a very tough season for him.
"I would like to pay testament to the dignity with which he did the job right the way through," said Butcher.
