Surrey release Rupesh
Spinner Rupesh Amin has been released by County Champions Surrey after five years with the club.

Rupesh Amin
Amin has played 14 first-class matches since 1997
Amin has played in 14 first-class matches, taking 25 wickets, since his debut in 1997.

And he played just twice this season - once in the Championship and in a National League match against Northants that featured just two regular first-teamers.

"Rupesh is a high quality left arm spinner," Surrey cricket manager Keith Medlycott said.

"But with so many top-class players now in the squad, it has been hard for get him to get regular first team matches.

"I am convinced that he will be able to further his career in cricket with another county. "
