Scotland avenged Tuesday's defeat by Canada with a five-wicket win to draw their two-match One-Day series. Canada hit 250 for nine after opting to bat in Aberdeen but the Scots eased to victory with 16 balls to spare. Bowler Gordon Drummond set the tone for the hosts with four for 41 and skipper Gavin Hamilton led the way with a composed 86-ball 59. Ryan Watson and Neil McCallum finished the job off with good scores of 74 and 79 not out respectively. Only Sunil Dhaniram (92) managed more than 35 for the visitors, hitting eight fours in an accomplished 85-ball innings which held Canada together. Hamilton's fellow top-order batsmen failed to produce anything of substance until Watson and McCallum stepped in with some aggressive hitting.
