Kent's Denly and Tredwell delighted at England call-up
Off-spinner Tredwell is still waiting for his England debut
Kent's Joe Denly and James Tredwell have said they are delighted to be named in England's tour party for the United Arab Emirates and Bangladesh.
Spinner Tredwell has been named in the Test and one-day parties, batsman Denly in the one-day squad only.
Tredwell said: "The Bangladesh tour may give me a chance of getting a game because conditions there might suit playing two spinners."
Denly added: "I'm really pleased - I can't wait to get out there."
The uncapped Tredwell has been with the England party in South Africa as back up for Graeme Swann but did not get a game.
He is yet to play for England at one-day or Twenty20 level either but selector Geoff Miller has indicated that there is a very good chance next month's tour will bring Tredwell his first taste of full international cricket.
"James Tredwell [has] continued to impress the selectors over the course of the winter and we expect [him] to make a strong challenge for inclusion in our starting line-up on the forthcoming tour," said Miller.
Denly returns to the England one-day fold after losing his place in the side after the Champions Trophy.
"It will be good to have James out there and I'm sure the tour will go well for both me and England," said Denley.
