Ireland suffered a 84-run defeat in the second one-day international against Bangladesh in Mirpur, completing a series victory for the hosts.
Tamim Iqbal (46) and Shahriar Nafees (60) put on 93 for the first wicket before Aftab Ahmed hit 61 off 57 balls.
Dave Langford-Smith took 3-43 but the hosts still posted an impressive 246.
In reply, six of Ireland's top seven reached double figures but Farhad Reza (5-42) and Abdur Razzak (3-27) helped bowl them out for 162.
Bangladesh claimed an eight-wicket win in the first ODI on Tuesday and this victory secures the three-match series ahead of Saturday's final clash.
Iqbal and Nafees got the hosts off to a perfect start before 19-year-old left-hander Tamim was caught by Kevin O'Brien off Kyle McCallan.

606: DEBATE
|
Aftab increased the run-rate in a 64-run second-wicket partnership and captain Mohammad Ashraful (38) helped Bangladesh towards their total.
Langford-Smith trapped Reza lbw, had Saqibal taken by William Porterfield at fine leg and saw Mashrafe Mortaza get a leading edge to Reinhardt Strydom at mid-off, while also claiming two run-outs.
Ireland's response got off to a positive start with Porterfield and Strydom sharing an opening stand of 41 but Razzak removed Strydom (15) and all-rounder Reza accounted for both Porterfield (25) and Eoin Morgan in quick succession.
Brothers Niall O'Brien (18) and Kevin O'Brien (21) were unable to build on promising starts and both fell to Saqibal.
Reza had Andre Botha (34) caught and bowled and Cusack lbw before knocking back Greg Thompson's stumps.
Trent Johnston was bowled by Razzak, who wrapped up the innings when he had Langford-Smith caught behind by Dhiman Ghosh.
