All-rounder Will Gidman says holders Hampshire will be testing opponents for Gloucestershire in the FL t20. Gidman told BBC Gloucestershire he rates an attack including Simon Jones, Imran Tahir and Dominic Cork. "They're difficult bowlers to hit and they're wicket-takers, which is what you desperately need in T20," he said. "You need someone to get early wickets or come on for an over or two and get a breakthrough. Hopefully the slow pitch will benefit our seam attack." Gloucestershire, who face both Hampshire and Surrey at King's School's Archdeacon Meadow ground in Gloucester on Friday and Saturday, add Ian Cockbain to the the side
beaten by Sussex
on Sunday. They have lost their first three matches, while Hampshire have won all their four matches so far. "I think on paper they are not the strongest team we'll come up against, but their results show they are an experienced team, they have good game plans and they know how to carry them out," added Gidman. "For us, we've got to concentrate on achieving our own little targets and hopefully the result will take care of itself."
