Matthew Maynard could miss out because of flu

Glamorgan captain Robert Croft expects a vast improvement in Wednesday's County Championship match with Surrey.
The Welsh county lost their Division One opener to Warwickshire by an innings and 43 runs last week.
And Croft admitted: "It was a poor effort all round at Warwickshire and the guys know that; they don't need the captain to tell them that.
"Concentration was lacking so hopefully we'll get a good bit of weather so we can prepare well for the Surrey game."
Matthew Maynard has been ruled out the match at Sophia Gardens with bronchial infection, but Croft is confident the side will manage without him.
"He's a big cog in our wheel, but we need him fit and raring to go," Croft added.
"If he's not ready then we've got other guys who hopefully will stand up to play."
