Glamorgan's Adam Shantry celebrates taking the wicket of Ian Saxelby
James Harris and Adam Shantry took three wickets each as Glamorgan beat Gloucestershire by 189 runs.
Resuming on 42-0 on the final day, Gloucestershire looked set to at least save the game with 47 from Ian Cockbain and Chris Taylor's 83.
But they lost their last seven wickets for just 31 runs, slipping from 164-3 to 195 all out.
Harris finished with 3-62 and Shantry 3-42, while there were also wickets for Dean Cosker and Alviro Petersen.
Glamorgan's victory was achieved without the services of Jim Allenby, who did not reappear in the afternoon session because of injury, while Graham Wagg was also unable to bowl because of a hamstring problem suffered in the first innings.
Cosker took the last wicket to fall as Gareth Rees held a catch at short leg to get rid of Vikram Banerjee, and with Gloucestershire missing Chris Dent, who was unable to bat because of a broken finger, the game was over.
