CLYDESDALE BANK 40, Headingley:
Yorkshire 241-4 beat Derbyshire 141 by 100 runs (Yorkshire 2pts)
Match scorecard

Yorkshire keeper Gerard Brophy hit a one-day career-best 93 not out to help his side to a 100-run Clydesdale Bank 40 win over Derbyshire at Headingley.

Chris Rogers's visitors struggled at the crease, only four batsmen managing to reach double figures.

Skipper Rogers and John Sadler both hit 37 as Steven Patterson ripped through the visitors, taking 6-32.

A brisk 22 in 20 balls from Adil Rashid in partnership with Brophy then helped the home side to victory on 241-4.

The Tykes' third straight win maintains a 100 per cent start in the Clydesdale 40 for the in-form County Championship pacesetters.

And it helps Martyn Moxon's men take over from Essex at the top of Group B.
