Franklin is in his second spell with Gloucestershire
Gloucestershire all-rounder James Franklin says he is determined to deliver with both bat and ball at Hove in this weekend's FP Trophy semi-final.
Gloucs meet Sussex for the right to play in the Lord's final on 25 July.
Franklin told BBC Gloucestershire: "It's hard as an all-rounder, because you want to do everything in a game.
"At the moment I'm turning up and doing at least one half well, but this Sunday I'd like to put it together and have a complete performance."
Franklin made 48 in the group match against Sussex, which was abandoned after the Gloucestershire innings because of rain.
He added: "We know it'll be a challenging atmosphere, the Sussex crowd will get behind them and they've been playing some good cricket this summer.
"I'd love to have the opportunity to play in a Lord's final, but we can't afford to think about that. We've got to do a job, and the reward is to get to the final."
