NatWest Pro40 D2, Northampton: Glamorgan 155 bt Northants 143-9 by 12 runs
James Harris and Dean Cosker gave the Glamorgan Dragons' Pro40 promotion hopes a huge boost as they helped their side to a 12-run win over Northants.
Harris and Cosker ripped through the Steelbacks' top-order, taking two wickets apiece as the hosts fell short with the bat chasing 156 to win.
Riki Wessels top-scored with 35 but the hosts failed to chase a meagre target.
Tom Maynard was the star for Glamorgan, hitting 46 off 59 balls as the visitors recovered from 26-2 to 155 all out.
David Lucas, Monty Panesar, Jason Brown and Andrew Hall all picked up two wickets for the hosts as Glamorgan were all out with seven deliveries of their 40 overs still remaining.
But Northants never got going in their reply thanks to Harris and Cosker - with injured skipper Nicky Boje's presence with the bat sorely missed - and Alex Wharf also chipped in with a couple of wickets to ensure Northants fell short.
The victory lifts Glamorgan up into second spot of the Division Two table behind Essex.
