Twenty20 Cup, The Oval: Middlesex 140 beat Surrey 139-8 by seven wickets Match scorecard
Ben Scott and Eoin Morgan put on 70 for the fourth wicket to help Middlesex to a seven-wicket win over Surrey in their final Twenty20 Cup group match.
Middlesex, already qualified for the quarter-finals as group winners, made short work of Surrey's 139-8.
With Morgan hitting an unbeaten 36 from 28 balls and Scott firing 31 not out off 28 deliveries, Middlesex reached their target with nine balls to spare.
Earlier, Usman Afzaal and Jon Batty had made 37 and 42 not out for Surrey.

But their partnership of 48 failed to help secure a decent first innings total for Surrey with Tyron Henderson the pick of the Middlesex bowlers finishing with figures of 3-22.
It completed a miserable campaign for Surrey, who managed only two wins in the competition and finished bottom of the south division group as a result.
Middlesex march on to the knockout stages, having won eight of their 10 matches in the competition this season, and will play Lancashire at The Oval on 7, 8 or 9 July.
The Crusaders are unable to use their Lord's home because England will be preparing for the first Test against South Africa, which starts on 10 July.
