Surrey were unable to secure a win over Worcestershire at Guildford despite off-spinner Harbhajan Singh's efforts.
The Indian star took all five second innings wickets as the visitors reached 307-5 for a lead of 155, when a draw was agreed at 1700 BST on day four.
Opener Phil Jaques compiled a patient 103 from 220 balls over five hours to keep Worcestershire in the match.
By the time he was out, caught behind after tea, Worcs had a lead of 109 and the match was heading for a draw.
Harbhajan bowled 17 unchanged overs in the morning session and 63 overs during the final two days, finished with match figures of 9-128.
