Title-holders Sussex will start their 2007 Championship campaign with a south coast derby against Kent at Hove.
The first round of fixtures will begin on 18 April and will also see 2006 runners-up Lancashire travel to the Midlands to take on Warwickshire.
Before that, however, Sussex will play the traditional curtain-raiser against the MCC at Lord's from 13 April.
The England and Wales Cricket Board is still seeking a sponsor for the 50-over competition, formerly the C&G Trophy.
But the scheduling of the various one-day competitions will follow the same basic format used this summer.
Group games in the Trophy will take place from April to June with the final at Lord's on 18 August.
The Twenty20 Cup will be played in a two-week period up to 6 July, with the quarter-finals following on 17-18 July and finals day on 4 August.
The NatWest Pro40 league will begin on 13 July with a match between Worcestershire and Hampshire, the first of 23 to played under floodlights during the season.
