Twenty20 Cup, Arundel: Sussex 153-6 bt Hampshire 152-6 by four wickets
Luke Wright crashed 26 off only nine balls to see Sussex to a four-wicket Twenty20 Cup triumph over Hampshire.
There was still some work to do for the hosts when they lost their fifth wicket for 102, pursuing Hants' 152-6.
But Wright hammered five boundaries and Yasir Arafat a six and four in his 10 off three balls as they reached their target with five balls to spare.
Greg Lamb (55) and Michael Carberry (43) were the main contributors for Hants, while Mushtaq Ahmed took 4-30.
He had Dominic Thornely caught at deep mid-wicket before Carberry was caught behind and Dimi Mascarenhas was bowled off successive deliveries.
Chris Benham went the same way to the evergreen leg-spinner but a late flourish from Lamb helped Hants achieve a reasonably competitive total.
It looked good until Sussex bludgeoned 47 from the final 19 balls, with Wright cover driving Billy Taylor to complete victory.
