Ramprakash set Surrey on course to pass the 500 mark

Mark Ramprakash hit his third century of the season as Surrey emphasised their promotion credentials against bottom side Worcestershire.
Ramprakash (118) and captain Mark Butcher (74) put on 156 for the third wicket after overnight duo Scott Newman (74) and Jon Batty (69) perished.
James Benning's brisk 52 then took Surrey to 501-7 before they declared.
Aussie Phil Jaques, making his debut for Worcestershire, was 31 not out at stumps with his new side 55-0.
