Glamorgan crash to another defeat
County Championship D1, Canterbury, day three:
Kent 587 beat Glamorgan 306 & 157 by an innings and 124 runs

Points: Kent 22, Glamorgan 5

Dire Glamorgan were bowled out for 157 in 52 overs in their second innings to crash to defeat against Kent by an innings and 124 runs.

Things went better at the start of the day for the Welsh county when David Hemp (171 not out) and teenager Huw Waters put on 118 for the last wicket.

But that still left Glamorgan 281 runs behind and the follow-on was enforced.

Andrew Hall then steam-rollered the middle order and tail in figures of 4-32 to give Kent a day off.
