Totesport League D2, Riverside: Durham 224-8 beat Surrey 86 by 138 runs
Durham maintained their 100% record in all competitions this term as they thrashed Surrey at the Riverside in Division Two of the Totesport League.
Kolpak signing Dale Benkenstein hit 63 and took 4-16 as the Dynamos' score of 224-8 was far too good for the Lions, who were all out for 86.
Benkenstein and Gordon Muchall (70 not out) top-scored for the home side.
Young paceman Liam Plunkett (4-28) then ripped through Surrey's top order with Graham Thorpe (33) poorly supported.
