Will Warwickshire win the County Championship again in 2005, or will they be stopped by one of a host of counties who have made major changes this winter?

"Winning back-to-back titles in such an unpredictable Championship would be a major achievement," says Simon Mann.

"Middlesex cannot be discounted. After winning promotion in 2002, they have finished sixth and fourth and might be ready to take the next step.

"Sussex dallied with relegation in 2004, surviving by nine points, but their squad is as strong as when they won the title in 2003."

Users of the Test Match Special message board have also given their assessments of how their favourite counties will perform.

Click on a county name or choose from the drop down on the right-hand side to read the views of Simon and the fans, for each county.
