Mark Butcher found form in Surrey's second innings as his side drew with Bangladesh A after three days.
Playing in his first match since last December after a wrist injury, Butcher made 90 from 115 balls before succumbing to Talha Jubair's bowling.
Surrey resumed on 88-3, and batted well with Butcher, James Benning, Andrew Hodd and Ian Salisbury all making good scores in their 332-6 total.
But there was no time to bowl out Bangladesh A, who reached 113-1.
Opener Shahriar Nafees made a swift 63 before losing his wicket to Saqlain Mushtaq, with Mehrab Hossain jnr and Tushar Imran unbeaten at the close.
