County Championship D1, Arundel, day three: Gloucestershire 300 & 25-1 beat Sussex 106 & 218 by nine wickets

Seamer Jon Lewis is having a terrific season for Gloucestershire

Gloucestershire secured their third win in June to move second in Division One of the Championship after a most convincing win over struggling Sussex.
Sussex collapsed from 113-2 in their second innings to 115-7 as the visiting side's seam attack shone.
Mushtaq Ahmed threw the bat to hit 54 off 48 balls at number nine as Sussex got up to 218 all out and at least made Gloucestershire bat again.
But they reached 25-1 to win by nine wickets just after tea on day four.
Sussex remain deep in relegation territory just one season after winning the Championship.
Most of the damage was done when they were put into bat on the first day and were bowled out for 106 with Jon Lewis taking 5-33.
The in-form seam bowler was back in the wickets on Friday with 3-67.
He was helped out by 36-year-old medium-pacer Mike Smith, only an occasional bowler for Gloucestershire these days.
Smith removed Chris Adams for 12 and Matt Prior and James Kirtley for ducks.
Mark Alleyne and Shabbir Ahmed each celebrated two-wicket hauls as Sussex fell away once Ian Ward had gone for 69 at the top of the order.
