Sussex 118 lost to Yorkshire 119-2 by eight wickets
Yorkshire Phoenix retained top spot in Division Two of the Totesport League with an easy eight-wicket win over Sussex at Arundel.
Matthew Hoggard and Vic Craven both took three wickets as the Sharks were skittled for 118 in the 33rd over.
It took a 39-run stand for the ninth wicket between Luke Wright and Jason Lewry to take the score past 100.
Yorkshire coasted home with 18.4 overs to spare thanks to Andrew Gale (46) and skipper Matthew Wood (41 not out).
