Scottish Saltires and Nottinghamshire shared the points as their Totesport League match in Edinburgh was abandoned due to rain.

The Outlaws managed to fit their innings in before the showers came, posting 205-8 after winning the toss.

Kevin Pietersen top-scored with 51, while Yasir Arafat, summoned to train with Pakistan recently, returned figures of 3-36.

The Saltires won their first game of the season against Durham last week.
