Totesport League D2, Leicester: Middlesex 187-4 (40.3 overs) beat Leicestershire 205 all out (44.5 overs) by six wickets (D/L method)
Simon Cook collected the best figures of his career in one-day cricket as Middlesex remained firmly in the hunt for promotion in the Totesport League.
Cook's figures of 6-37 put the Crusaders on the right path for a six-wicket win as Leicestershire's total of 205 proved inadequate.
Paul Weekes hit 90 as Middlesex reached a reduced target of 187 from 42 overs with nine balls to spare.
Cook's victims took in all the top three, including Brad Hodge (47).
