Worcestershire were bowled out for 399 in reply to Middlesex's 508 as the Championship match at Lord's finished as a predictable draw.
The visitors missed out on their final batting point by one run when Kabir Ali was dismissed by Paul Weekes.
Earlier, Stephen Moore hit 111, Gareth Batty and Andy Bichel added fifties and Lance Klusener took 3-60.
There was just time for Middlesex to begin their second innings, and they finished on 8-1.
