Surrey ended day two in a commanding position at The Parks after bowling out Oxford UCCE for 267.

They declared on their overnight 452-5 and Alex Tudor took two wickets as the students were reduced to 24-3.

But Omar Anwar resisted for over two hours to make 82, adding 108 for the fifth wicket with Josh Knappett (45).

Spinner Ian Salisbury took 3-43 and Surrey were 62-1 at the close, a lead of 247, with skipper Jon Batty and predecessor Adam Hollioake both on 22.
