County Championship D1, Leicester (day two, close): Leicestershire 159-2; Nottinghamshire 326
Virender Sehwag hit a remarkable century between tea and stumps as Leicestershire got as close as they could to their opponents' total.
After almost a whole day lost to rain, Nottinghamshire slumped to 123-5 before Paul Franks (123 not out) and Kevin Pietersen (88) put on 149 for the sixth wicket.
Phil DeFreitas took four wickets, the best of Leicestershire's eight bowlers.
Sehwag's runs came off just 123 balls as he reached the boundary rope on 23 occasions in the final session, scoring almost all his team's runs in the process.
