Cricket World Cup: Noisy crowd causes toss confusion

Such is the noise of the crowd at the Cricket World Cup final between hosts India and Sri Lanka, the toss has to be done twice as match referee Jeff Crowe could not hear whether Sri Lanka captain Kumar Sangakkara called "heads" or "tails" at the first time of asking.
