As England step up their preparations for the World Cup, fast bowler Stuart Broad has declared himself 100% fit after recovering from an abdominal injury that has kept him out of action since the Adelaide Ashes Test in December.

Indian captain Mahendra Dhoni has a unique approach to his role as wicketkeeper for his national side: the moment a tour is finished he refuses to don his gloves until the last possible minute before the next series begins. Dhoni last wore his gloves for the one-day international in South Africa on 23 January, and will take them up again for Sunday's warm-up game against Australia.
