St Just defeat leaders Werrington

St Just picked up a vital win against Werrington in a top-of-the-table clash in the Cornwall Premier League.

St Just made 245-8, with Gary Thomas top scoring with 83, before they bowled out Werrington for 143.

The result means that St Just have moved level on points with Werrington at the top of the league table.

Elsewhere, third-placed Truro beat Callington by six wickets, Falmouth drew with St Austell and Paul beat Newquay by 119 runs.
