Andrew Crook's 143 helped Woodhall Spa beat Bracebridge Heath in June

The Lincolnshire Premier League reaches its conclusion with second-placed Woodhall Spa playing the champions Bracebridge Heath at Jubilee Park.

Bourne, in third, are at home to Sleaford while Market Deeping take on Nettleham at Outgang Road with both sides vying for fourth in the table.

Lindum and Louth, who could also finish in the top four, visit Grimsby and the bottom side Haxey respectively.

Messingham, who are just ahead of Grimsby in eighth, visit Caistor.
