Wet pitches delay day four start

Afghanistan bat against Bahamas
Afghanistan beat Bahamas by five wickets on Sunday

Heavy rain overnight has delayed the start of matches on the fourth day of the ICC World Cricket League Division Five Tournament.

Hosts Jersey were due to play Bahamas in the third set of group matches at 1100 BST at FB Fields but will not start until at least 1430.

Group B leaders Afghanistan, who are ahead of Jersey on run rate, are due to take on Botswana.

Elsewhere in Group B bottom side Japan face Asian rivals Singapore.

In Group A leaders Nepal will play Norway at Farmer's Field while Germany take on Mozambique and the United States face Vanuatu.

Tournament organisers hope play will start at Farmer's Field before midday, with other pitches resuming play as soon as they are dry.
