Surrey will host a Twenty20 game on 10 July to raise funds for victims of the October 2005 earthquake in Pakistan.
An International XI led by Rahul Dravid and featuring Brian Lara, Muttiah Muralitharan and Mahendra Dhoni will take on Pakistan at The Oval.
England all-rounder Andrew Flintoff will make a non-playing appearance.
"Raising money to help victims of the earthquake is important to us," Surrey chief executive Paul Sheldon said.
"It was a terrible tragedy but I'd like to think that this match might go some way in helping to speed up the recovery process.
"We were successful in raising a very significant sum last year to help the victims of the tsunami so it would be great if we can do the same again this year."
Surrey and The Oval's main sponsors Brit Insurance have pledged donations which, along with profits from the match, will be passed on to the President's Earthquake Relief Fund.
