Hall out in South Africa rotation
Andrew Hall
Hall will play a four-day match for Highveld Lions
South Africa all-rounder Andrew Hall will miss the second and third one-day internationals against New Zealand to play provincial cricket.

The sides meet in Cape Town on Friday night and Sunday in Port Elizabeth while Hall plays for Highveld Lions.

Opener AB de Villiers, who was released to play a four-day match last week, returns to the squad.

"We are rotating our players in order for them to get valuable time in the middle," said selector Haroon Lorgat.

"At this early stage in our season it is a difficult but important strategy."

Squad for second and third ODIs: Graeme Smith (captain), Nicky Boje, Mark Boucher, AB de Villiers, Boeta Dippenaar, Herschelle Gibbs, Jacques Kallis, Justin Kemp, Charl Langeveldt, Andre Nel, Makhaya Ntini, Shaun Pollock and Ashwell Prince.
