India and Pakistan will meet in the opening match of a three-nation event in the Netherlands on 21 August.
The Asian rivals will be competing against World Cup holders Australia as the three teams warm up for September's ICC Champions Trophy.
Australia will play India on 23 August and Pakistan two days later, with the final scheduled for the 28th.
All games will be played in Amstelveen which staged World Cup match between South Africa and Kenya in 1999.
India will be looking to avenge defeats by Australia in the final of last year's World Cup and the VB Series, which was played down under last winter.
Pakistan, meanwhile, will hope to get the better of India following a 3-2 defeat on home soil earlier this year.
The two teams have been drawn in the same first round group for the Champions Trophy and will meet again at Edgbaston on 19 September.
