Twenty20 Cup, Chester-le-Street: Durham 122-9 lost to Leicestershire 168-9 by 46 runs
Leicestershire remained on top of the North Division in the Twenty20 Cup after an easy win over Durham.
The Foxes made 168-9 from their 20 overs after being put into bat by Durham at Chester-le-Street.
Brad Hodge continued his great form with the bat in the competition, with 64 off 44 balls.
And he was supported by Darren Maddy (21) and Jeremy Snape, who was unbeaten on 26 at the end of Leicestershire's innings.
Durham got off to a slow start and lost wickets at regular intervals, including two unnecessary run-outs.
Ian Hunter top-scored with 25 off 30 balls but they could only muster 122-9 in their 20 overs.
