Surrey keep unbeaten record
Twenty20 Cup, Esher: Sussex 143-8 (20 overs) lost to Surrey 145-6 (18.1 overs) by four wickets
Points: Surrey 2, Sussex 0

Surrey brushed Sussex aside at Esher to make it three wins from as many matches in the Twenty20 Cup.

None of Surrey's batsman exceeded 27, but none needed to as they reeled in their victory target with 11 balls to spare.

Captain Adam Hollioake was the star with the ball, taking four wickets as Sussex were held to only a fair score.

Sussex had looked on course for a better total when all of their top-order got starts.

Dutchman Bas Zuiderent (35) and skipper Chris Adams (36) were the key contributors, but Sussex's innings fell in a hole when Hollioake introduced himself late on.
