Malcolm walks away after his unhappy 100m heat

Christian Malcolm's Commonwealth Games could be over after the Welshman pulled up with a hamstring injury in the early stages of his 100m heat.
The 26-year-old suffered the injury early in the race, and now faces an anxious wait to see if he can run in the 200m and 4x100m relay.
"He felt a twinge - hopefully it is just a twinge and he can make the 200m," said coach Phil Manning.
"If it's anything more we'll have to leave a decision to the medics."
