Woods ready after hard training

Woods won the vacant IBF light-heavyweight title after defeating Rico Hoye in March 2005.

Clinton Woods has said he is ready for his world title eliminator on Saturday.

Woods fights Elvir Muriqi in his first bout since losing his IBF light-heavyweight crown to Antonio Tarver in April last year.

Woods told BBC Radio Jersey: "I've trained harder for this fight for the simple reason most boxing people thought I'd had my time after my fight with Tarver.

"I'm hungry, I feel good and I've got my buzz back."
