Harrison has suffered with personal problems outside the ring

Scott Harrison has failed in his attempt to regain his boxing licence.
The former WBO featherweight champion had his licence revoked in 2006 after being found guilty of bringing the sport into disrepute.
The British Boxing Board of Control continued the Scot's suspension until the end of the year after he appeared before a tribunal in Cardiff.
He has appeared in court on several occasions and has not fought since November 2005.
Outside the ring, Harrison has admitted to suffering from depression and alcohol problems and was declared bankrupt last July.
The 30-year-old was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving earlier this month and in February was sentenced to 200 hours community service after a disturbance in a Glasgow pub.
