Michael Grant won the ABA light welterweight title at London's ExCel Centre as Amir Khan sat at ringside.
Stewart Langley won the flyweight crown against Rob Burkinshaw
Olympic silver medallist Khan could have been fighting Grant but withdrew from the championships following a row over ticket allocation.
Grant, from Haringey PC Club, took a narrow 16-14 points verdict over Jamie Cox from Walcot ABC, Swindon.
Khan received a special award for his services to amateur boxing but got a mixed reaction from the crowd.
Earlier, Darran and Stewart Langley made amateur boxing history by becoming the first twins to win ABA titles on the same night.
The 23-year-olds, from Hollington ABC in Camberwell, had both been ABA champions before - but in different years.
Darran took a comfortable 19-3 points victory over James Fowl, from Hertfordshire at light flyweight.
And Stewart completed the double by retaining the flyweight title he won last year with a 24-8 points win over Rob Burkinshaw of The Army.
Tony Bellew lived up to his "Bomber" nickname by blasting out Jon-Lewis Dickinson to retain the heavyweight title he won last year.
And Liverpool giant David Price, the 2003 super heavyweight winner, regained his crown with a convincing 25-4 points win over Damien Campbell from Repton Boy's Club in London.
Meanwhile, Great Yarmouth's Mark Redhead, at 31 the oldest boxer in the finals, is still looking for his first ABA title after dropping a 22-7 points decision to Birtley's David Pendleton at 81kgs.
Nineteen-year-old James Degale, of Dale Youth, Shepherds Bush, confirmed his promise with a 16-11 decision over Steve Mullins, of Wolvercote ABC, Oxford, at middleweight.
