Bustos won on a technical knockout

Mexican challenger Isaac Bustos was crowned WBC strawweight champion after champion Eagle Kyowa was forced to retire from their fight in Tokyo.
Bustos won on a technical knockout 39 seconds into the fourth round after the Japanese fighter was unable to continue because of an injured shoulder.
It was only Kyowa's second defence of the crown which he won in January when he beat Jose Antonio Aguirre.
Bustos' record now stands at 24-6-3, with Kyowa on 13-1-0.
