British-based Israeli heavyweight Roman Greenberg will fight 34-year-old Belarusian Vitaly Shkraba at Wembley Arena on 10 September.
The 22-year-old Russian-born fighter is a former world junior silver medallist.
Promoter Robert Waterman said: "This is Roman's first fight in front of what he considers to be his home crowd.
"Shkraba has a good fight record and this bout represents a big career step up for Roman. He's determined to put on a great show at Wembley."
