Pacquiao to step up
Manny Pacquiao, who beat the legendary Marco Antonio Barrera last November, has relinquished his IBF super-bantamweight belt.

The Filipino stopped Barrera for the first time in the Mexican's career and will now concentrate his efforts on the more high-profile featherweight division.

"I was a proud IBF champion and although I am relinquishing my title, my first choice is to fight IBF featherweight champion Juan Manuel Marquez," said Pacquiao.

"If he accepts, I guarantee you I will once again wear the IBF belt.

"But if a fight against him cannot be made, then I would look to fight the best suitable opponent."
