Harrison is still under pressure to step up in class
Audley Harrison claimed a technical knock-out over Lisandro Diaz to record his 13th professional victory in Las Vegas.
The Briton emerged victorious with 90 seconds to go in the fourth round of the scheduled eight-round bout on the undercard of the Jameel McCline v Cedric Boswell fight.
A number of left hooks to the body, followed by uppercuts and an overhand left to the head sent Diaz to the canvas and although Diaz rose, he could not continue.
Although Harrison started slowly, he dominated Diaz throughout before securing the win.
"It just took me some time to figure him out as he was a late sub and I wasn't too familiar with his boxing style," said Harrison.
"I was feeling my way through the first two rounds and turned it up in the third when I started using my jab and landing combinations.
"I felt like I waited a bit much trying to adjust to his rushes," said Harrison. "Once I figured it out, I found my range which allowed me to execute."
Harrison hopes to finish out the year with two more fights.
